We know life doesn't always go as planned. Three Quarter Island is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive items that you are unhappy with, please reach out and we will happily refund or exchange if the following guidelines are met:

14 day Return Policy: 

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are valid within 14 days of purchase/delivery. Manufacturer defects, damaged, or incorrect items are exceptions and valid within 30 days of purchase/delivery. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with tags still in place and original receipt included. Items purchased with cash or credit will be refunded to the original form of payment.  The customer is responsible for the shipping costs with the exception of manufacturer defects, damaged or incorrect items. Please allow us up to three weeks for the processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company it may take additional time for this to be posted to your account.
